Large pieces bring this game to life, they vary in height between 20cm (Pawn) to 32cm (King) and all have a wide base diameter.
Weighted pieces offer stability when playing the Garden Chess outdoors in blowy conditions. However if the weather takes a turn, the game can be easily carried indoors to play on a table or floor.
1.2m x 1.2m playing mat can be easily wiped down after use and folded away to store.
Also included is a large cotton bag which can be used to store all the pieces and prevent any from going astray!
